Refunds and Cancellation

Drawoble does not currently charge for the private beta. This page describes how cancellation and refunds work if and when we offer paid plans, so the rules are readable in one place before anyone is asked to pay.

Effective: 5 August 2026 · Explains the Terms of Service, section 9

1. Where the binding rule lives

The contract is the Terms of Service. Section 9 of the Terms states the billing and refund rules, and it is the version that binds. This page exists because those rules deserve their own address rather than being findable only inside a long contract — it explains, it does not add. If this page and the Terms ever disagree, the Terms govern, and, as in the Terms, the Türkçe text prevails over the English one.

2. What applies today

No plan is on sale. The private beta is free, no payment method is collected, and nothing renews. Nothing on this page describes a charge you can incur today; it describes the rules that will already be published on the day the first plan opens.

3. Who you will be buying from

When paid plans open, purchases will be processed by a merchant of record — a payment provider that becomes the seller for the transaction itself, rather than only moving the money. That has consequences worth stating plainly: the purchase receipt and the invoice come from that provider, applicable sales tax or VAT is handled by it, and a refund is issued through it rather than as a separate transfer from us.

The provider is not yet appointed. It will be named here, and shown in the checkout, before any plan goes on sale — you will never be asked to pay without knowing who the seller is. Your subscription and your account stay with Drawoble either way, and you can always start with us: write to billing@drawoble.com and we will take it from there.

4. Cancellation

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not cut the period you have already paid for: the plan keeps working normally until the end of the current billing period, and only then does the account fall back to Free.

On Free, work you created while paying stays available to open, download and export. Active drawing, new projects and imports need an active plan again. Rejoining later reactivates the same account and the same projects.

Cancelling is not deleting. Ending a subscription never deletes your account or your drawings. Deleting the account is a separate, explicit action you take yourself, and it is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds

Unless we state otherwise at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable except where refund is required by law or expressly promised in writing. We would rather make leaving easy than make refunds complicated: cancellation is self-service, takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and needs no reason and no conversation.

This does not touch rights you hold under mandatory consumer law. Where such a right applies, it applies regardless of anything written here or in the Terms.

6. Statutory withdrawal rights

Consumer protection law in Türkiye and the European Union gives consumers a withdrawal right on distance contracts, together with an exception for digital services that begin immediately, at the consumer's request, once the consumer has acknowledged that starting performance ends the withdrawal right.

Where that exception is relied on, the request and the acknowledgement will be collected in the checkout itself, as a visible step, and recorded — never assumed, and never buried in a document you had to go looking for. Whether the exception applies to a given purchase depends on the plan and on the law of your country; if you believe you hold a withdrawal right, write to billing@drawoble.com and we will process it rather than argue about it.

7. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails we notify you, and there is a short grace period with a few automatic retries before anything changes. If the payment stays unresolved at the end of it, the account moves to Free under the rules in section 4 above — the same destination as a voluntary cancellation. A failed payment never deletes an account or its content.

8. Problems with a charge

If a charge looks wrong, please write to billing@drawoble.com first. Almost everything — a duplicate charge, a renewal you meant to cancel, a plan that was not what you expected — is faster to fix directly than through a card dispute, and we would rather fix it than win it. Your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer is unaffected by that preference; card disputes are handled through the payment provider that processed the transaction.

9. Changes to this page

Because the binding rules live in the Terms, a change to what actually applies to you is a change to the Terms — published as a new version, listed in the Terms change history, and notified as the Terms require. This page follows those changes; it never leads them.
